Following on from a number of changes that took place in AK Henry’s over the last year and as part of RCSI’s ongoing commitment to staff we would like to invited you to take part in a customer survey which has been created in order to obtain feedback about your views of the services in AK Henry’s restaurant.
Your views are important to us and we would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey by following this link.
Please note that all responses will be anonymous and will be used to help improve services to you in your restaurant.
To thank you for completing the survey you can choose to be entered into a draw for a luxurious hamper. Please note that names submitted will not be associated with answers submitted.
The survey will be available on the staff portal under General Announcements until 12noon Friday 29th March 2013. A post survey evaluation will be circulated once results have been analyzed.
