Internal Catering Menus

Download the Internal Hospitality Catering Menu or the Wine and Beverage list. Prices in the menus are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Please refer to terms and conditions located at the start of the catering menu above.

Hospitality catering is available in RCSI 123, 121 and 26 York Street, Monday – Saturday.

Please note hot food options are not permitted to be served in No 26. (e.g. hot buffets, canapés or soup)

Chartwells are the approved catering supplier for RCSI 123 and 121 St Stephen’s Green. No other company can provide catering for meetings/events in RCSI.

Should you have particular catering requirements Chartwells will be happy to work with you to cater packages to suit your requirements.

All catering requests should be submitted via the online booking system and can be done up to 48 hours in advance.

In the event of last minute catering requests (less than 48 hours), this should be ordered by calling 01 402 2359/2749 plus a follow-up email to confirm your order to Bookings and catering@rcsi.ie.
Please note that last minute requests are subject to staffing and ingredient availability and may not be possible to accommodate.

Cancellations

Please note that unless catering orders are cancelled 72 hours in advance of the booking order date, the coordinating departments are liable for the costs of catering ordered. For plated dinners 72 hours cancellation notice is required.  In an effort to avoid charges and food wastage please give the bookings  and caterings departments notice of cancellation.

Important Billing Information

When booking catering via the online system or by email it is compulsory to provide a budget code at the time of the booking. If a correct budget code is not provided at the time of booking, the catering team cannot guarantee that orders will be fulfilled in time for your meeting / event.

If your catering order is over €500 including VAT; a PO must be raised via the Finance Online System for Chartwells Ireland (Compass Catering Services Ireland, ID: 5345).

If the PO is not included on the booking system when booking Chartwells can not proceed with catering requests.
