RCSI Heritage Collections are continuously growing through the generous donations of alumni, staff and students, and the general public. We will consider donations of physical or digital material in any format (personal papers, books, artefacts, photographs, film etc.) that falls within the scope of the RCSI Heritage Collections collecting remit, namely:
- Material relating to the history of RCSI or people associated with RCSI
- Material relating to the history and practice of surgery in Ireland
We may also consider donations of material that is of surgical interest more generally or is of specific Irish medical interest.
All donations are subject to certain conditions of acceptance outlined in the RCSI Heritage Collections Acquisitions Policy. Donors will also be required to fill in RCSI Heritage Collections Donation Form.
