- Consider how your research activity can be utilised by an industry partner to create value
- Identify the expertise/resources/research findings that you believe bring most value to this industry partner
- Identify some potentially relevant companies using internet search engines (e.g. Google, Clinicaltrials.gov) and company websites (e.g. https://www.merck.com/licensing/embracing_partnerships.pdf) that have a research or product focus aligned with the strengths you have previously identified
