The Medicine and Health Sciences Board is the authority on degree-awarding activities within RCSI
Terms of Reference
The main responsibilities of the Board shall be:
- to provide governance of the degree-awarding activities within RCSI;
- to determine the financial constraints within which the Medicine and Health Sciences Board operates. These financial constraints will be determined in conjunction with the Council of RCSI;
- to review the decisions of the Academic Council of the Medicine and Health Sciences Board.

The Medicine and Health Sciences Board meets 4 times annually and is chaired by RCSI President, Professor Deborah McNamara.
