Campus Support: St Stephen’s Green (SSG) Team

The Campus Support: St. Stephen’s Green Support Team provide high quality academic support to our students, candidates, sponsors and staff. We help our SSG based students in Medicine, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy to achieve their programme objectives by providing end-to-end administrative support in a timely and efficient manner. We’re also working closely with colleagues across RCSI; the Graduate Entry Programme, the School of Nursing, the Department of Surgical Affairs, the School of Postgraduate studies and the Institute of Leadership, to ensure consistent processes for students, candidates, sponsors and staff alike. Clinical Support Team (Beaumont)

The Clinical Support Team provide high quality end-to-end academic support to our students in the clinical years of their Medical Programme, as well as supporting our Clinical Tutors and other staff in all of the RCSI affiliated teaching hospitals throughout Ireland, to enable them to deliver their programmes in an efficient manner within a live clinical environment. We also work closely with colleagues across RCSI to ensure consistent processes for students, sponsors and staff alike. In addition, we support the Dublin/Northeast Intern Network from this team, which is run by the HSE Medical Education and Training Research Unit. Registry

The Registry Team provide the core registry services within SARA. It maintains the student record, and implements and updates Degree Awarding Policies and Procedures. Our team is responsible for the maintenance of the centralised academic calendar of events. We are also responsible for liaising with key external stakeholders like the HEA and NUI, and providing governance support to key RCSI internal committees e.g. the A&QC. Perdana Programme Office

The Perdana Programme Office plays an important role in ensuring the delivery of an equivalent quality medical programme in Perdana University RCSI, Malaysia by acting as a bridge between the two organisations and providing administrative liaison to staff based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Office’s role is also to manage and oversee allocation of professional services to PU-RCSI.For contact details, please visit the team page via the menu on the left.

Student Welfare & Academic Support

The Student Welfare & Academic Support Team or COMPPAS (Centre for Mastery: Personal, Professional & Academic Success) is responsible for providing welfare and developmental support to our students during their academic programmes.

Clinical Relations

The Clinical Relationship Manager liaises with RCSI stakeholders accross our clinical sites and teaching hospital network allowing a conduit of communication between SARA and our clinical partners, building relations and enhancing and facilitating our educators access to teaching resources.

Career Development

The Career Development Manager works with our students and faculty to develop processes, procedures, skills and IT platforms relating to student career development.

Quercus Liaison

The Quercus Liaison Officer works with the schools of the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences to disseminate information and to manage upgrades and maintenance to the student records management system (Quercus), in collaboration with our suppliers CampusIT.
