Quercus

What is Quercus?

Quercus is RCSI’s Student Records Management System. We use it to manage admissions, registrations, records, programmes administration, examination results, transcripts and fees for all RCSI undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. It also provides information for all our educational returns to the Higher Education Authority (HEA). Quercus is the only system used to manage the students’ educational journey from the beginning of their studies to the end. It will provide the most up-to-date and accurate information at any time.

As part of Goal 4 of the RCSI Strategy “Enhanced Organisational Capabilities”, Quercus will also deliver improvements in productivity and data reliability across all RCSI locations.

Kelly Webster, Quercus Business Improvement Officer, will ensure that the system comes in line with all business requirements and  can provide training to enhance and share knowledge among all staff.
