Doreen Gilfedder – Associate Director, Strategic Financial Planning

Barry McGowan – Senior Financial Accountant

Barry is lead business support in the area of Research and engages with Clinicians and Principal Investigators across campus sites. He manages Funding Agency Grant Audits and is supported by an Operations Accountants. Barry manages the annual College insurance renewal.

Maura Mahon – Financial Accountant

Maura is a chartered accountant and has worked at Icon PLC, BT and ESB as a commercial business partner. Maura manages our payroll forecasting, budget modelling, insurance renewals and our business case approval process with HR.

Lorraine Hegarty – Senior Financial Accountant

Lorraine is the lead business support for GSM and Surgical Affairs and is heavily involved in Business Planning and the annual Budgeting process. She is also responsible for Treasury in relation to deposits. Lorraine is a Certified Accountant and worked previously in Ryanair.
