Thank you to the 250+ people who have responded to the invitation to provide feedback on the RCSI Human Resources Department (HR) as part of their Internal Quality Review which will take place in 2014. Honest and constructive feedback from staff is a crucial part of this process, particularly as all staff interact with HR in one form or another. Important: Staff confidence in this process is crucial. This feedback process is facilitated by the Quality Enhancement Office and all responses are fully anonymised before being released to HR for their consideration. It will not be possible to link responses with individuals.
