Please be aware that the Estates & Support Services Department will be commencing an extensive Summer works programme in the coming weeks. The duration of the projects will be from 23rd June until the end of September 2014.
This will include a new front entrance to 123 St. Stephen’s Green at York Street; a new fire escape stairs to the rear moat at 123 St. Stephen’s Green; a full refurbishment of the Chemistry Research lab at 123 St. Stephen’s Green (completion date for this project is circa end of September); as well as several other refurbishment projects.
While every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum there will be some disturbance due to the nature of the projects.
