Introducing ClinicalKey and AccessMedicine for medical educators

Dated - May 25, 2015

The RCSI Library has subscribed to two databases designed to support medical teaching and education – ClinicalKey (from Elsevier) and AccessMedicine (from McGraw Hill).

Both products contain e-textbooks, cases, images, procedural videos and integrated drug information. ClinicalKey also contains articles from Elsevier clinical journals and disease topic pages.

All the resources can be easily downloaded and used in lecture slides and incorporated into Moodle providing appropriate credit is given. They are fully optimised for PC and mobile devices and available to all RCSI students and staff from on and off campus.

The Library can help by supplying persistent links and by finding appropriate materials for your subject.

You’ll find further information and links to the resources below. If you’d like a product demo or more information please contact Julia Christopher in the Library by email juliachristopher@rcsi.ie or phone 01 402 2405.
