The following information must be included in all returns made by the College. In the event of no lobbying activities by RCSI in a specific period, there still must be a nil Return made.
- 3 returns required per year (every 4 months)
- If no lobbying activities have taken place during the period covered by the return this will need to be stated (Nil return)
What is returned
The return for the period shall state:
- Type and extent of activity
- Information on who was lobbied
- Subject matter of lobbying activity and the results intended to secure
- The designated public officials to whom communications were made and where these meetings took place
- The name of each designated public official who was engaged in the activities
- The subject matter of the communications and what they intended to achieve
- The type and extent of lobbying activities
- The names of the others who were engaged at the meeting
- Any other such information relating to carrying on lobbying activities
