The security and cleaning provision to RCSI is serviced by Bidvest Noonan. This combined service model was adapted by the Estate & Support Services Department to provide a “one team” approach to operate as a cohesive unit across the campus. The contract represents a significant investment by RCSI to maintain and raise standards in service provision.

Security service is provided 24/7 365 days a year.If you have any security requests please contact Estate & Support Services Helpdesk at estate@rcsi.ie or 01-4022101. To report a crime on campus or any suspicious activity please contact the security control room 01-4022219 located on the ground floor 123 building.

Cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday with a daytime janitorial service and evening cleaning from 6pm.If you have any additional cleaning requests please contact Estate & Support Services Helpdesk 01-4022101.
