Two workshops (Apple Education) are running as part of some activities at RCSI to support Digital Literacy for Health Professionals**.
These events may be of interest to staff members who use Apple devices (Mac books, iPad, iPhone) iOS software and apps to support teaching, assessment & student learning. You may want to attend either session or both.
Workshop 1 : What Works and When?
09:30 – 11:30 (2 hours)
This two-hour workshop will demonstrate an overview of techniques and tools that can be used to integrate digital technology in teaching, learning and assessment.

– CONTENT | Engaging content using iBook Author & Keynote
– METHODOLOGIES | Facilitating active teaching practices
Workshop 2:Engaging Content using Keynote and iBook author
12:00 – 13:30 (1.5 hours)
This 90 minute hand-on workshop is focused on helping participants acquire and apply skills in the use of iPad or Mac to make learning and formative assessment more engaging using iBook author and Keynote. PLEASE BRING YOUR MAC BOOK OR IPAD TO THIS SESSION
