RCSI’s Athena Swan Working Group (ASWG) was reconvened in September 2023 to lead the delivery of the institutional Bronze renewal application. The ASWG staff and student members represent all service, academic and research areas as well as the rich diversity of our staff backgrounds. The ASWG meets regularly and members also contribute to six working groups.
