Prof. Ciaran O’Boyle delivers opening address at Irish Revenue Commissioners Senior Management Conference

On Monday 23 October, Professor Ciaran O’Boyle, Director of the RCSI Institute of Leadership delivered the invited opening keynote address on ‘Leadership Challenges’ at the annual Conference of the Irish Revenue Commissioners in Galway.

The theme of this year’s conference was employee engagement. Prof. O’Boyle also chaired the first of the conference’s plenary sessions which focused on the challenges facing the Irish Revenue Commissioners and potential for new leadership approaches based on positive psychology and positive organisational scholarship to be used to address these concerns.
