Works are now reaching a frantic pace at the ERC Phase II Project in Beaumont with completion only a few weeks away. Construction works are due for completion in mid-June with the new building to be fully operational for staff and students by September. This is an exciting phase of the project with all of the numerous finishes being installed adding splashes of colour to the building. The scaffolding that had been taking up most of the atrium space was removed a few weeks back flooding the space with natural light. The new concourse which will link the new building to the existing reception is in full flow also, the café will be the showpiece in this area along with seating, self-service kitchen and student games areas.
