I am the RCSI IT Service Delivery Manager. My role is to work with our IT team, vendors and internal stakeholders to make sure that all staff and students receive a consistent and efficient IT service. I am involved in functional, technical and process leadership. I also oversee the delivery of IT Support and liaise with other teams involved in the IT delivery process for RCSI.

I assist Project Managers and the IT director in defining project structures and managing the change life cycle across IT Platforms . I manage the communication to project senior stakeholders. I support some key systems such as Core HR and Agresso.

Pedro Airo – CRM Dynamics technical solutions architect

I design, develop and deploy Microsoft CRM Projects ensuring that the users can rely and trust on the product for getting their day to day tasks completed successfully. So far I have been working with the team on the Surgical Affairs on the Core Surgical Training Applications, Offers and Training Posts management as well helping with one or two more .Net websites.

William Brown – Senior System Administrator (Research IT)

I support the Research users, and manage the RCSI Research IT Service which includes a dedicated high capacity storage system and a Linux compute cluster that enables them to do computational and other bioinformatics work. This work typically requires the storage and analysis of very large data volumes. I also do more general project and support work together with the rest of the RCSI IT Infrastructure team.
