The Learning and Development Course Catalogue offers a range of courses designed to support employees and teams in their professional development. The courses on offer reflect the RCSI competency frameworks and the course catalogue features a mix of on-campus programmes and online courses.

We encourage all staff to prioritise taking some time to participate in professional development opportunities over the course of the year and for Heads of Schools and Departments to facilitate staff in training & development opportunities, where time & resources allow.

If you are attending a workshop or programme on campus, please do try to arrive five minutes before the start time. If you are participating online you are encouraged to have your camera on and located in a private area where can comfortably use your microphone to actively participate in the session.
