The title of this year’s ASM is “Surgical Aspects of Dental Practice”, and will include lectures on dentoalveolar surgery, implant dentistry, temporomandibular disorders, trigeminal neuralgia, general anaesthesia and sedation in dental practice, periodontal and endodontic surgery. The meeting will be of interest to dental practitioners (both general and specialist) in Ireland and overseas. This year is of special significance as it marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty (1963 – 2013).
