New Video and Teleconferencing (VC) Request Procedure

Dear Colleagues,

In order to improve efficiencies for Video and Teleconferencing requirements within RCSI, Media Services will be introducing a new approach to requesting facilities from December 1st 2013.

When booking a videoconference or teleconference by completing a simple online form on the staff portal.

The form contains information that must be filled out prior to the conference taking place. These details will enable Media Services to manage all Audio Visual requirements across RCSI and allocate resources effectively.

To ensure availability of required facilities, we are asking that conferences are booked at least 24hrs in advance, after which it may not be possible to set up conferences.

This new approach will allow us to plan ahead and ensure that requested support is available in a more efficient manner. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate in getting in touch with Oliver (2198), Stephen (2170) or John (2112).
