From Wednesday 3rd February, all departments will be issued with a stamp to identify their department for all external mail.
This will improve the efficiency in the post room and identify correct chargebacks for each department.
Can you please ensure that all post has the correct department code? This can be done by stamping the back of each individual envelope/package.
Please note that any post that is not stamped may be delayed in being processed.
Post needs to be separated into international and national due to the different tariffs.
