It’s that time of year again when the Estate & Support Services Department commence our Summer Works Programme. For the next 3 months we have a packed schedule and will be targeting the areas of;
- Fire Safety Upgrades
- Door replacements
- Toilet upgrades
- Conservation Works
- Roof upgrades
- Office fit-outs
- Flooring works
- Painting & Decorating
- Furniture Replacement
While every effort will be made to reduce and prevent disruption to staff and students, some minor disruption is inevitable from such a busy works schedule; we will do everything possible to mitigate such instances and would ask you to contact us immediately in the Estates office on extn.2290 should you wish to report anything.
Naturally there will be an increase in contractor numbers and general construction activity on the campus during the next few months, again if you are unhappy with anything please get in touch.
