In line with RCSI’s strategic objective to enhance organisational capabilities, RCSI Finance are implementing an upgrade to the current Agresso Financial Accounting system and improving internal processes. This is a multi-phase project with Phase 1 planned to go live on Monday, June 24th. Phase 1 will include a pilot deployment of on-line purchase order requisitioning and on-line reporting to specific departments. To perform the upgrade it is necessary for the Agresso system to be unavailable to all staff for a 3 day period. This is planned from Wednesday June 19th to Friday June 21st. During this time, purchase orders or expenses claims cannot be raised and invoices will not be processed or paid. Accounts Payable will issue a separate communication advising on steps being taken to reduce any inconvenience caused. The system will become operational on Monday, June 24th.
