Dear Colleague,
Many of you will be aware of the brand review process which has been underway for some months now. You will have noticed the refreshed brand on both our website and staff portal as well as many publications.
As part of this process a new RCSI email signature has been developed and is being introduced for all staff. This will go live next Wednesday 25th September. So what do you need to do?
– It is important that you update your contact details via the “Update People Finder” on the home page of the Staff Portal. See following link: https://directoryupdate.rcsi.ie/. The content of your profile in the ‘people finder’ will be used to populate the email signature generated from your account.
– You must turn off your current signatures before we go live – no later than Tuesday 24th September. Otherwise two email signatures will appear on any email you send.
– As of Next Wednesday the new email signature will be automatically appended to the email. However, you will not be able to see it, unless you copy yourself or look in your sent folder.
Finally our thanks Ciaran Butler and Ken Purtell in IT who have put a considerable amount of work into the development and implementation of this new process.
