Dear Sports and Social Club Members,
Today is the day for the annual RCSI summer BBQ (Friday 10th July) and we hope you are looking forward to the event, in DTWO, as much as we are.
This is a gentle reminder that ticket collection will take place today at 123 St Stephen’s Green at these two time slots:
- 10am – 11am – AK Henry’s
- 3pm – 4pm – AK Henry’s
- Tickets can be collected from 30-6.30pm at DTWO for those who are not based in SSG. However, please note that food and drinks tickets will not be issued after 6.30pm so please do get there early!
You will be issued one voucher for your food and two for drinks. Please remember to bring along cash if you are collecting for a non-member or if you are bringing a guest.
