This workshop is designed for all users of Quercus, RCSI’s Student Records Management System. Quercus provides the most up to date and accurate information on a students’ educational journey covering all aspects of undergraduate and postgraduate admissions, registrations, records, examination results, transcripts and fees.
On completion of this workshop you will be able to:
- Search/Edit Courses, Modules, Students
- Mark attendance
- View/print off Class Lists
- Use the communication Tab as a communication channel with students
- Understand the ‘Classic Interface’ Processes
- Understand Issue Handling Process
- View Quercus from a student’s perspective (Student portal)
