RCSI welcomed the Association of Women Surgeons to RCSI for the first Women in Surgery meeting to take place in Ireland. Over 100 people attended the events over the course of three days. The meeting addressed issues including gender equality, flexible working, burnout and resilience and the role of mentorship.
