Leadership Development is something we are increasingly focused on in RCSI. 14 senior members of staff have recently completed an in house Leadership Development Programme which has been hugely beneficial on both a personal and organisational level. In line with our commitment to women’s progression in particular, I’m delighted to confirm that this year the College are sponsoring up to 6 places on the forthcoming Aurora programme, a women’s leadership programme run by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
