
Oran Timoney from Holy Cross College in Strabane, Co Tyrone has won the RCSI Award for the “Project with the Best Impact on Human Health” at the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition for his project entitled “Categorising CVD patient risk using machine learning tools”. The award was presented by Professor Mary Cannon, Professor of Psychiatric Epidemiology and Youth Mental Health at the ceremony which took place in the RDS on Friday 11 January 2019.
