Background and Context:
The Graduate School of Healthcare Management (GSM) is a postgraduate school within RCSI offering the best in healthcare management education to healthcare professionals and leaders worldwide.
The school offers a suite of postgraduate academic programmes in the areas of healthcare management, leadership, innovation, quality, safety and digital health to an international audience. Programmes are delivered via digital delivery model supporting an engaging, contextual and experiential learning experience.
GSM is also leading the student recruitment activities for RCSI Online, the University’s suite of online programmes, digitally optimized to support a rich and seamless learning experience for a diverse range of healthcare professionals internationally.
This is an operational role with core focus on the proactive lead follow up and nurturing of individual prospective students throughout the enrolment process. This process is managed remotely via phone and video conferencing with occasional face to face engagement with prospective students
