Staff Learning and Development are delighted to announce that applications are now being accepted for this year’s Aurora Women’s Leadership Development Programme. This is a unique programme within Higher Education which is designed to address the specific challenges which women face in progressing their careers within the sector.
This year we are supporting up to 12 RCSI women from all areas of the College to attend this innovative cross-institutional development programme. You can read more about Aurora and submit your application here on the staff portal.
