Salary: Up to Early Post-doctoral Researcher Level 2.2 (€38,418) dependent on experience

The Division of Population Health Sciences was established in RCSI in 2006 and comprises of the academic Departments of Psychology and of Epidemiology and Public Health Medicine, as well as the Data Sciences Centre, the Health Research Board (HRB) Research Leader Unit, and the SPHeRE (Structured Population and Health-Services Research Education) Programme. The Division incorporates a wide range of disciplines with expertise in biostatistics, epidemiology, health psychology, health services research, pharmacoepidemiology, public health medicine and social science.

This role is to assist the PI in a scoping study to inform the general population survey of knowledge, attitudes and behaviours on sexual health and well-being and crisis pregnancy in Ireland, which will be carried out over a 6-month period (100% full-time). This role will require a researcher with experience in a repertoire of key research skills, research experience with the topic of sexual health, and preferably, with scoping review methodology, that will facilitate seamless engagement in the project from the outset. Given the short timeline of the project, the candidate will be required to work efficiently and closely with the PI to ensure the timely delivery of the report.
