The Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery in association the School of Nursing & Midwifery will run an Interdisciplinary Educational Master-class on the 6th of November 2014 from 16:00 – 19:00 in the Albert Lecture Theatre, RCSI. The event is sponsored by Homecare Medical Supplies.
The title of the Master class is “Clinical Outcomes Improvement; Making a Measurable Difference-Linking Patient Safety to Practice Improvement: An Interdisciplinary Master Class”.
The aims/outcomes of the Master-class are:
1. Champion the patient safety first culture within the Irish Health Services.
2. Facilitate improvement in health outcomes.
3. Explore tools and approaches to measure outcome data in practice.
4. Support the accurate analyses of data measured and collected in practice.
5. Enhance clinical care and patient-centred service delivery through continuous quality improvement.
The outline of the Master-class is:
