The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, has decided the Act will come into effect on 1st September 2015
- 1st May 2015 – Online Register of Lobbying goes live at www.lobbying.ie
- 1st September 2015 – This marks the date from when you must record all your lobbying activity and return to RCSI Communications Dept.
- 31st January 2016 – This date marks the deadline the first returns of RCSI lobbying ‘returns’ to the Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO). This is for all communications engaged in between the dates of 01/09/2015 to 31/01/2016.
