Mags Browne: International Talent Advisor

As the International Talent Advisor, I work on the RCSI International Talent Team to create and deliver effective strategic sourcing and talent marketing solutions leveraging leading industry and education sector practices. My role is to support the Head of International Talent in the delivery of an effective international sourcing, recruitment and talent management strategy for RCSI’s International campuses and to plan for, source, engage and retain the best people (‘Talent’) for RCSI’s overseas medical universities, health care centres and programmes in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
