Recruitment/Interviewing

It is RCSI’s policy that the recruitment and selection process is conducted in an efficient and effective manner and is in compliance with relevant employment legislation.

Induction/On boarding

The induction morning will give new joiners the opportunity to learn more about the College and meet other new starters, faces from key support departments, and a member of the SMT.

Time and Attendance

Managers can view, approve or reject holiday requests, track sick leave, and view their team’s planned annual leave on the ‘Manager Dashboard’ in Core Time.
