Providing excellent service to every customer, particularly our students, is very important at RCSI.  This highly practical workshop will give participants the skills and techniques to improve their interactions with all customers, both internal and external.

Course Objectives:

  • Improve participants ability to deliver excellent service to every customer, every time
  • Refresh our purpose with our customers,  consider the importance of our role to them and to RCSI’s success
  • Improve appreciation of the customer, putting yourself in their shoes
  • Understand best practice and learn core skills for face to face, telephone and email communication
  • To work through and improve handling of challenging situations to achieve a successful outcome

Target Audience: Any staff wishing to improve their customer service skills
