MS Access is a powerful desktop database application that is provided as part of, and integrated into, the MS Office suite of software from Microsoft.
This course is designed to introduce current MS Office users to the basics of building and using an MS Access desktop database.
The course will introduce participants to fundamental data basing concepts. The sessions throughout the day will be practical and hands-on with participants building a simple database application from scratch.
By the end of this course participants will have been instructed in the use of MS Access both as a stand-alone database application and as a tool that can be used to search and manage Excel data lists.
The course will focus on the Access 2007-2013 file type
