This course is being made available to everyone working in RCSI as part of our commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The course aims to inform our understanding of unconscious bias and enable us to recognise its impact.
Course Content
To start the course, click on button 1 below, ‘Content’. You will be guided through the course and need to click on all elements of each screen (expandable sections, videos etc.) before you can move forward.
This training is designed to last 20-30 minutes and can be taken at your own pace. If you need to stop the course at any stage, your last position will be saved and the course will resume from here when you re-enter it.
Course Quiz
In order to complete the course you need to pass the quiz. When you have reviewed all content please close the course and open the quiz, button 2 below.
- You will need to enter your 8 digit RCSI ID number to commence the quiz – you can find this on your College swipe card or on the top of your payslip
- The quiz consists of multiple choice answers
- The pass rate is 70%.
- If you fail the quiz, you will be required to take it again but you do not need to sit the whole course again.
- When you pass the quiz, a certificate of completion will be automatically generated and will appear on this page.
