This course is designed to enhance participant’s resilience and in so doing enable them to better manage pressure and changing demands. Being resilient leads to innovation, creative problem solving and a greater capacity to manage change.
After the course participants will be able to:
– Understand the common sources of workplace pressure
– Identify sources of stress and pressure in self and others
– Understand their role in managing pressure and performance
– Utilise techniques and strategies for developing resilience to manage challenges under pressure
– Understand how teams can still perform well under pressure
– Improve performance, creativity and self-management under pressure without impacting on personal health and well-being
Target Audience: Any staff who wish to develop their personal resilience to help them perform under pressure
