This is a 4 week programme designed to build your understanding of mindfulness theory and practice. Each 1.5 hour session will be a mix of mindfulness practice and discussion. The goal of the sessions is to explore different kinds of mindfulness and to find what works in the context of your everyday life.
The 4 week programme covers:
- Theory and Practice of Mindfulness
- Psychology of Stress and the Mindful Response
- Mindful Communication: Cultivating Presence in interactions and relationship
- Integrating mindfulness into our daily lives
Target Audience: Any staff members interested in using mindfulness techniques in their personal and professional lives
Duration: 1.5 hours (12.30-14.00) x 4 Sessions
