Programme Objectives

At the end of this programme, participants will understand the phases of a project , how to estimate resource needs and how to plan, execute and control a project to a successful conclusion. The training runs over two half days, two weeks apart.

Please come to the session with the outline of a project you would like to work on or already working on.

Duration: 3.5 hours per day  (7 hours in total)
