This course is designed to introduce participants to the benefits of the SmartArt functionality included in the recent versions of MS Office core applications and to demonstrate methods and techniques that can be used to produce professional looking diagrams using shapes, connectors and object formatting.
The session will be split into two separate modules with SmartArt being the focus of the initial session and custom diagrams using shapes the focus of the second.
At the end of the course, participants will be familiar with the SmartArt features available in the Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications. They will also be more confident in using the shape tool in each of these application areas to produce their own custom diagrams.
Target Audience: All members of staff who wish to improve their ability to use diagrams across Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
