Quercus is the primary Student Records Management System at RCSI. It is used to manage all stages of undergraduate and postgraduate student’s educational journey beginning with recruitment, admissions and registration. Quercus is used to manage student records including coordinating fee payments, maintaining academic programme details and tracking examination results and academic progression. Quercus is used across all RCSI campuses and is essential to delivering improvements in productivity and ensuring data reliability.
This workshop is designed to introduce users to Quercus. On completion of the workshop you will be able to –
- Search/Edit Courses, Modules, Student records
- View/print off Class Lists
- Understand the ‘Classic Interface’ Processes
