Course description:
HPEC continues its series of training workshops designed to prepare Faculty for engaging in the peer observation process.
Intended Learning Outcomes:
This workshop will facilitate you to:
- Explain and describe the concepts and principles of peer observation of teaching
- Prepare effectively to complete a peer observation
- Apply agreed principles and values to the process of peer observation of teaching
- Manage post observation feedback in a constructive and formative manner
- Explore the manner in which peer observation of teaching can aid the further development of teaching practice
