The second of two data workshops – this workshop on data analysis following the February workshop on data preparation, Introduction to Python Programming. This session will cover:

  1. Data import and normalisation
  2. Quality control and probeset filtration
  3. Differential expression analysis
  4. Annotation and output of differential expression results
  5. GO biological enrichment analysis using DAVID
  6. MicroRNA target prediction using targetScan
